My interior lights and fridge won't work unless I'm plugged into an outside source or my generator is on. I checked all the fuses I could find and replaced the converter. All batteries are charged. Help!

Since you are getting 12V inside your RV as long as you have 110 VAC coming into your RV would mean the converter is working as designed. If your batteries are charged but when you are unplugged there is no 12V power that means there is some type of problem between your batteries and the inside of your RV.

Check your battery voltage (with rig unplugged). If the batteries are charged check the 12V at your DC fuse panel. If you don't find any voltage there is either a cutoff switch which is not closed, a tripped breaker or a blown fuse in your DC line from the battery. This should get you on track to answering your problem.
